Zupa Grzybowa - Mushroom Soup
Aromatic Polish wild mushroom soup. Made with dried forest mushrooms, creating deep, earthy flavors. Christmas Eve staple and autumn favorite.

Ingredients
- 50 g Dried wild mushrooms
- 300 g Fresh mushrooms
- 3 medium Potatoes
- 1 medium Onion
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 1 bunch Fresh dill
Instructions
Soak dried mushrooms 2 hours.
Cook in soaking water 40 min.
SautΓ© sliced fresh mushrooms and onion.
Combine, add diced potatoes, cook 20 min.
Add sour cream off heat.
Garnish with dill.
π‘ Tips & Variations
Use Polish forest mushrooms (borowiki) for authentic taste. Strain mushroom water through cheesecloth.
