Ingredients

  • 1 whole Duck
  • 250 ml Duck blood
  • 100 g Dried plums
  • 100 g Dried pears
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

Cook duck in 2L water 90 min.

Add dried fruits, cook 20 min.

Remove duck, strain broth.

Mix blood with vinegar, slowly add hot broth.

Add sugar, season.

Serve with duck meat and noodles.
