Ingredients

  • 1 kg Beef tripe
  • 500 g Beef bones
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 200 g Celery root
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Marjoram

Instructions

Clean tripe thoroughly, blanch.

Cook tripe with bones 3 hours in 3L water.

Add vegetables, cook 30 min.

Remove bones, slice tripe thin.

Season with paprika, ginger, marjoram.

Serve very hot.
