Zrazy Zawijane - Beef Rolls
Traditional Polish beef rolls stuffed with bacon, pickles, and mustard. Braised until tender in rich sauce. Elegant Sunday dinner dish.

Ingredients
- 600 g Beef round
- 100 g Bacon
- 2 large Pickles
- 3 tbsp Mustard
- 1 large Onion
- 400 ml Beef broth
Instructions
Pound beef thin.
Spread mustard, add bacon strips and pickle sticks.
Roll tightly, secure with toothpicks.
Brown rolls, remove.
Sauté onion, return rolls, add broth.
Braise covered 90 min until tender.
💡 Tips & Variations
Pound beef very thin. Secure rolls well. Sauce should be thick and rich. Serve with groats or potatoes.
