Pulpety w Sosie - Polish Meatballs in Sauce
Tender meatballs in tomato or mushroom sauce. Comfort food served with rice or potatoes. Family favorite weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 600 g Ground beef
- 1 large Bread roll
- 1 egg Egg
- 1 medium Onion
- 500 ml Tomato sauce
- 100 ml Sour cream
Instructions
Mix ground meat with soaked bread, egg, grated onion.
Form into small balls.
Brown in pan.
Add tomato sauce and water, simmer 20 min.
Stir in sour cream off heat.
Serve with rice or pasta.
💡 Tips & Variations
Wet hands when forming balls. Don't overcook - meatballs become tough. Mushroom sauce variation is classic too.
