Kotlet Mielony - Polish Ground Meat Cutlet
Polish version of meatloaf cutlets, pan-fried until golden. Childhood favorite, budget-friendly family meal. Served with mashed potatoes and vegetables.

Ingredients
- 600 g Ground pork
- 1 large Bread roll
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 egg Egg
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
Instructions
Soak bread in milk.
Mix ground meat with squeezed bread, egg, grated onion, garlic.
Season well, form into flat cutlets.
Coat in breadcrumbs.
Fry in oil 5 min per side.
Serve with potatoes and salad.
💡 Tips & Variations
Don't make cutlets too thick. Add marjoram for extra flavor. Perfect for kids.
