Gulasz Wołowy - Polish Beef Goulash
Rich Polish beef stew with paprika and vegetables. Slow-cooked until tender. Comforting one-pot meal perfect for cold days.

Ingredients
- 800 g Beef chuck
- 3 large Onions
- 2 peppers Bell peppers
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 500 ml Beef broth
- 1 tsp Marjoram
Instructions
Brown cubed beef in batches.
Sauté onions and peppers.
Add paprika, tomato paste, cook 2 min.
Return beef, add broth and marjoram.
Simmer covered 2 hours until tender.
Serve with bread or dumplings.
💡 Tips & Variations
Use good quality paprika. Tastes better next day. Add sour cream before serving for richness.
